Is this Course Right for You?
Though everyone can benefit from learning about how urinary dysfunction works and how to prevent it, these courses are specific to female-born persons who have given birth within the past 3 months and to menopause. Some aspects of these courses are more specific to those who are breastfeeding, but we can continue to have urinary incontinence even after the kids have graduated from high school but have not addressed it. Please note that this information does not replace an actual physical examination by your medical provider.
